                             32 – 40 hours per week, depending on workload.

HOURS:                   MONDAY – FRIDAY

                             8:30 am – 4:30pm or adjusted as needed.


The Equipment Coordinator ensures that all equipment is inspected as per the designated checks lists and that the equipment is clean and in working order. Mechanical ability, exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness are critical to execute the position successfully. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members as well as customers is essential. This position will also assist in the efficient organization of the warehouse and perform equipment deliveries as needed with company vehicles. In addition, this position will assist with cellar work for Warner Winery Consulting on occasion and during harvest. Ongoing training is provided.

  • Valid California Driver’s license required (at all times during employment).
  • Forklift operations and forklift certified (class will be provided)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Spanish speaking a plus


Order fulfillment (70%)

  • Perform equipment inspections to ensure 100% in working order, utilizing check-lists.
  • Notify team members if equipment is damaged or needs outside repair in a timely fashion.
  • Clean, maintain and repair equipment as necessary.
  • Review orders and stage equipment and supplies.
  • Provide customers with expert advice on operation and maintenance of equipment rentals.
  • Help to load and unload internal truck drivers, outside haulers and customers.
  • Delivery of equipment as needed.

Equipment supplies (15%)

  • Organize and inventory extra parts and supplies for all equipment.
  • Notify team when parts are needed/when minimum inventory is reached.
  • Keep tools in good working order.

Warehouse Organization (15%)

  • End of day lock-up responsibilities (DAILY)
  1. All equipment inside and secure
  2. Ensure that all doors are locked throughout warehouses (person doors, entry doors, roll-up doors, etc.)
  • Keep floors clean and notify team of any safety hazards.
  • Perform and assist with inventories as directed.
  • Keep equipment organized.

  • Perform weekly inspection of LPG tanks and submit order if needed.
  • Fuel vehicles as needed.
  • Inspect fire extinguishers monthly and inform team if in need of service.
  • Participate in company safety meetings.


  • Must be capable of lifting 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to sit/stand for periods of up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment where climates are warm and cold.
  • Must be able to work outside where climates are warm and cold.
  • Must be able to work in a wet environment
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces

Monday through Friday

32 - 40-hour week

8:30am – 4:30pm (or adjusted as needed)

10-minute break between 10:00am and 11:00am

10-minute break between 2:00pm and 3:00pm


Timecards will be filled out daily.


Must wear long pants – no shorts

Must wear closed-toe shoes with rubber soles (PROVIDED)
