Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Success team for client is the primary human connection with our customers.
  • In this role, you'll be an early member of a critical team in a rapidly developing industry.
  • Customer Success Specialists for client provide world-class customer support before, during and after driverless trips.
  • Candidates should thrive on providing high-empathy support for customers and be excited to contribute to building processes and procedures in an uncharted environment.
  • People who thrive in this role will be curious, flexible, adaptable, dynamic, and collaborative.
  • Providing world-class support to Customers via phone, email, chat and beyond
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Contribute to process development and documentation
  • Write knowledge articles for internal and external audiences
  • Ad-hoc projects and duties as needed


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work onsite from our San Francisco office
  • A safety-first mindset, prioritizing and following all safe work practices and policies
  • Passion for supporting our customers with unwavering confidence, patience and empathy
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information to the right audience
  • High level of confidentiality and discernment
