About the Position:

To prioritize the health and safety of our employees, SimplifyEm expects to continue to work remotely into the summer of 2021. When SimplifyEm decides to reopen the office, please note the Customer Success representatives are expected to work from our Fremont office.

SimplifyEm is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Representative to provide an exceptional experience to customers. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be committed to supporting, consulting, and retaining post-sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen SimplifyEm’s revenue retention by providing exceptional customer support.
  • Consult and educate customers by scheduling and performing product demos, trainings, and account audits using screen sharing software.
  • Document interactions with users to ensure efficient communication.
  • Consistently achieve monthly upselling/cross-selling goals.
  • Assist with customer support incoming calls and emails.

Education and Experience:

  • Customer service: 0-2 year(s). Comfortable on a phone. This is an entry-level position.
  • Sales: 0 -2 year(s) of experience.
  • Associate degree or higher is a plus, but experience is strongly considered.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with online software and basic computer terminology. Tech Savvy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
