Description:

We are an extremely busy Service & New Construction Plumbing Company out of the Livermore area. We are looking to hire a full time Warehouse Manager to help us run our day to day operations. If you are a motivated, dedicated team player with at least 2 years of plumbing experience than you just might be the person we are looking for!
Position Requirements:
* 2+ years plumbing experience and/or plumbing supply house experience.
*Strong knowledge of plumbing parts and equipment.
*Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office..
* Extremely reliable and punctual.
*Self-motivated, must be able to initiate and prioritize tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Provide front line support to Technicians for initial morning Dispatch. you will be responsible for pulling and providing their re-stock items for their work vehicles on a daily basis. Assist with emptying, re-stocking and loading their work vehicles every morning to help ensure that our Technicians get Dispatched and out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

*Inventory Control-responsible for keeping track of shop stock. This includes inventory checking, re-stock lists, obtaining quotes from our Supply Houses for shop stock items, ordering and receiving & re-stocking.

*Train on plumbing equipment such as hydrojetters and cable gear. You will be responsible to learn how to use the equipment, operate the large equipment such as our hydrojetters, training others on use of the equipment, and routine inspection and maintenance on all equipment as well as repair where applicable.

*Responsible for condition and maintenance of work vehicles. Logging vehicle issues, cleaning and maintaining vehicles, scheduling and coordinating vehicle repairs and setting up and re-setting vehicles for on board parts and materials.

*Responsible for maintaining the shop. Daily/weekly/monthly tasks such as cleaning, organizing, re-stocking, material staging and others are all your responsibility.

*Support Operations-You are the front line connection between Operations and the Technicians in the field. You will assist in relaying materials and critical information to Technicians as well as keeping Operations informed of any requirements and or issues with Technicians, such as broken tools & equipment, issues with their work vehicles and material stock issues among other things.

*Support Technicians-You will sometimes be dispatched to assist Technicians, help man larger projects, deliver materials & tools to Technicians, or pick up and deliver materials from Supply Houses to the Field among other duties and tasks.
