Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-first approach with clear communication and a helpful attitude.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred (specialty food/beauty a

plus).

• Comfort learning product details and explaining benefits; willing to ask questions and

• Reliable, punctual, and organized; able to multi-task between service and stocking.

• Able to lift up to 30–40 lbs (cases of jars/ingredients) and stand for extended periods.

• California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

• If helping pour/serve alcohol at tastings: CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)

certification (or obtain within 60 days).

• Experience with POS system Toast and simple inventory tasks
