Skills we are looking for in candidates:

-1 year experience as a line cook

-General knife work including chopping and vegetable breakdown

-Advanced knife skills including fish and meat butchery

-Cookery: vegetables, meats, grilling, frying

-Time management

-Working knowledge of food cost optimization and inventory process

-Food safety and sanitation: ServSafe Certification required

Personally, you should:

-Have a strong work ethic

-Be clean and organized

-Have strong communication skills

-Have a positive attitude

-Be a self-starter and work well without constant supervision
