Position Overview

A growing technology manufacturing company in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Operators to join our production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in starting a career in technology manufacturing. No previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience is required—comprehensive paid training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly and production tasks in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle small components carefully using good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Meet production and quality requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Wear required cleanroom attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of middle school education or equivalent.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; paid training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, precise tasks.
• Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for detailed assembly work.
• Ability and willingness to learn new processes and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods during the workday.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
