We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and service-driven Virtual Vacation Planner to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with clients to plan and coordinate travel experiences from start to finish. This includes researching destinations, booking accommodations and activities, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and memorable trip.Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgetResearch and recommend destinations, accommodations, and itinerariesBook hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and excursions using online platformsProvide timely communication, updates, and post-booking supportMaintain accurate client records and documentationStay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry best practicesCollaborate with team members and suppliers to deliver exceptional serviceQualifications
