Mail SorterNow hiring for a Mail Sorter Location: San Leandro, CA Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Start time varies 7 a.m.- 9 a.m.Show Up, Work Hard, Get Paid. This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.Job DutiesManually sort printed materials and other mailing products within the designated sorting area.Stocking, managing inventory, and monitoring production equipmentAbility to maintain a clean and safe workspace.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Mail Sorter.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Warehouse Environment with opportunities for advancement and career growth.It's more than just work — it's the people.
