As a Grocery Clerk, you are responsible for stocking incoming and backstock product on our shelves. You will be in charge of maintaining a clean and orderly space, organizing shelves out on the floor, in the walk-in, and in the back rooms. Having a positive attitude, team mentality, and an eagerness to learn is a must. This role offers a lot of room for growth and leadership opportunities. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is a required component of this role; all Clerks must be available to work at least one weekend day regularly.Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Stock incoming and backstock product on our shelves, maintaining all aisles and sidewalks organized, safe, and clear of tripping hazards during and after deliveriesRegularly prepare empty pallets for return to our Commissary kitchenMaintain clean and orderly space on the floor, in the aisles (including topstock), in the walk-in, and in all back of house areas, according to Company protocolsMaintain sales tags, promo tags, all signage in the grocery aisles/sets, communicating any inaccuracies or discrepancies to store leadershipMaintain clear and clean storefront, in compliance with store readiness standardsFacing and stocking all areas of grocery (including dairy, alcohol, and our prepared G&G foods)Monitor product and check for expiration.
