Shipping and Receiving SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the flow of goods in and out of our facility. The role involves unpacking and inspecting goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper inventory management.ResponsibilitiesUnpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.Maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items.Input data and utilize Excel sheets for record-keeping.Maintain records of merchandise shipped.Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on the manufacturing line.Prepare kitting packages or conduct inventory counts as needed.Complete the put-away function of received goods.Label products according to customer requirements.Operate a forklift or pallet jack, if certified.Perform other tasks as assigned.LogisticsAvailable Shifts & PayDay Shift6:45 AM - 3:15 PM$21.50/hourSwing Shift3:45 PM - 12:15 AM$23.00/hourJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00/hr.
