Job Summary:

The Materials Management Clerk supports hospital operations by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. The role ensures accurate inventory control and efficient supply flow throughout the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, and organize medical supplies and equipment.
  
• Distribute supplies to various departments and clinical areas.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
  
• Process supply requests and routine departmental orders.
  
• Track shipments, verify deliveries against packing slips, and update hospital systems.
  
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  

Qualifications:

• Possess basic computer and data-entry skills.
  
• Demonstrate ability to lift, move, and transport supplies safely.
  
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
  
• Communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
  
• Have previous experience with EPIC and Workday software.
  
• Possess or be willing to obtain relevant certifications if required.
