As a Delivery Driver with Room & Board, you'll do more than deliver furniture; you'll create exceptional customer experiences while representing our employee-owned company and premium brand.
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and pride in delivering quality work. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically active, and comfortable using technology such as GPS, tablets, and digital delivery tools. You'll thrive if you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, learning new skills, and contributing to a team that values accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll be part of a three-person team, rotating between local deliveries and warehouse operations. On delivery days, you'll help bring high-quality home furnishings into customers' homes throughout the San Francisco area, navigating dense city traffic, multi-store buildings, stairs, and other physically demanding environments. In the delivery center, you'll prepare merchandise for delivery through product staging, assembly, inspection, and quality checks. Every day is active, collaborative, and focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00am-2:30pm
