Description:

Our client, an Autonomous Vehicle Technology Company is seeking a Scheduling Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will be part of the Scheduling Operations Department supporting Testing Operations and Fleet Management Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Scheduling Operations Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $42.50/hr

What's the Job?

  • Manage daily scheduling and operational activities for the autonomous vehicle fleet

  • Coordinate transportation, testing site bookings, and equipment needs

  • Follow established processes to execute testing and operational tasks

  • Maintain documentation, metrics, spreadsheets, and communication channels

  • Ensure vehicles support priority missions and immediate testing team needs

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines

  • Experience in forecasting, planning, and project coordination

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stress environments
