You'll work closely with facility leadership and staff while helping create a welcoming experience for residents, families, and visitors.
What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and clerical support to facility leadership
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist with resident and employee paperwork
• Help coordinate communication between departments
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Support the Administrator and department leaders with daily administrative needs
• Help keep the front office organized and welcoming

What We're Looking For

• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Friendly, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Enjoys working with residents, families, staff, and leadership
