Our client, Autonomous Vehicle Technology Company is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting Fleet Operations & BaseOps Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization. Location: San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $34/hr

What's the Job?

• Daily fleet readiness — Ensure vehicles are prepared, cleaned, charged, and configured for scheduled tests and service operations.
• Mission prep execution — Launch software, verify hardware/software configurations, deploy updates, and capture required data.
• Logistical support — Move, store, and organize vehicles, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Incident response support — Assist during vehicle recovery scenarios as part of the Incident Response Team.
• Technical & testing assistance — Provide hands-on support to BaseOps technicians and assist with testing activities.

What's Needed?

• 2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or related fields.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, move equipment, and perform active, on-foot work.
• Safety-first mindset with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
