Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring warehouse associates for a premier bakery in the Richmond area. Our client offers long term employment opportunities including temporary to full time.

Pay Rate: $20- $21/hr DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri (9am to 5:30pm)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Pull, package, and stage orders for pickup/shipping in an accurate and efficient manner inside of freezer

Receive goods in ERP system in an accurate and efficient manner

Fill out shipping and receiving documentation in an accurate and efficient manner

Perform cycle and inventory counts on all goods

Pull and stage packaging and ingredients for production lines (pre-staging).

Rotation of goods that follow the FEFO-FIFO process (inventory storage and distribution practice).

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds consistently.

Must be able to operate a regular stand-up forklift as well as a stand-up reach forklift.

Must be able to work in temperature-controlled environments between -10 to 35 degrees.

Previous Food Manufacturing Experience Preferred.

Knowledge of GMP and shipping/receiving.

Ability to do arithmetic in an efficient and fast manner.
