This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to maintain customer satisfaction.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.Perform additional duties as assigned.Educational Background / Work ExperiencePrior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.Experience in freight forwarding is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesMathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as calculating costs and rates.Other Skills: Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.At‑Will EmploymentDSV Air & Sea Inc. employees are hired for an undefined period of time as “at will” employees.
