This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, organization, and supporting fast‑paced field operations. This position will begin as a part‑time 1099 contractor role with the opportunity to grow based on operational needs and performance.Key Responsibilities Inventory & Asset ManagementTrack and maintain equipment inventory across multiple locationsUpdate inventory spreadsheets and asset databasesMonitor equipment movement between facilities and field teamsForecasting and ordering inventory with manufacturing and vendorsAssist with receiving, organizing, and staging incoming equipmentEquipment Preparation & LogisticsPrepare equipment kits for shipment and deploymentPerform basic inspections and readiness checksLabel and organize equipment, cases, and accessoriesAssist with packing, shipping, LTL booking, and receiving operationsCoordinate shipments between various teams at multiple locationsOperational SupportMaintain clean and organized storage/work areasCoordinate with operations leadership on equipment statusSupport documentation and process improvement effortsAssist with inventory audits and cycle countsSupporting ad hoc projects and demands at HQ as they arisePreferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with logistics, warehouse operations, technical equipment, or inventory managementComfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory tracking systemsAbility to lift and move equipment cases and boxes as neededSelf‑motivated and dependableFamiliarity with electronics or technical hardware is a plusPosition Details Employment Type: Part‑Time, 1099 ContractorSchedule: Flexible; approximately 25 hours per week initiallyLocation: San Mateo, CAIdeal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting operational workflows in a dynamic technical environment. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of equipment organization and help improve overall operational efficiency.Compensation This is a fixed term, part‑time position with a limited duration as outlined in the job description. The hourly wage range for this position is $30–$40 per hour. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, geographic location and experience. Fixed‑term, full‑time employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's group health insurance plans after fulfilling tenure and waiting period requirements, subject to the terms and conditions of the plans.
