Join Our Team as a Front Office Treatment Coordinator needed. Weekend Coverage needed. Vaksman Dental Group is a multi-specialty dental practice located in South San Francisco, CA, offering a wide range of general, cosmetic, and advanced dental services. As a Front Office Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch care and have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. We are looking to fill a 4-5 day a week position that includes Weekend ( Saturday and some Sunday coverage needed, optional day during the week off). Daily Responsibilities: Coordinate patient appointments and manage the front desk Assist with treatment plan presentations and financial arrangements Utilize dental software - EagleSoft experience preferred Provide excellent customer service and support to patients Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth operations Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures ad dental codes Dental Billing knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable in Financial conversations. Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $62,000 to $83,000 annually, depending on experience.
