Pay & Schedule
- Starting Wage: $21.00/hour
- Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Location: San Francisco Post Acute, San Francisco, CA
As a Healthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents and assisting the nursing team with daily care activities. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Observing residents and promptly reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Supporting the healthcare team in providing high-quality resident care and services.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Following all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
