As a medical assistant, you'll prepare patient rooms, support clinical staff, answer patient inquiries, and help ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and disinfect exam rooms and equipment
• Support physicians in exams and procedures
• Escort and interview patients, manage appointments
• Maintain accurate EHR records and paperwork
• Stock supplies, manage medication, and authorizations
• Assist at the front desk and cover team members as needed
• Flexibility to travel between San Francisco and San Rafael locations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years' experience as a medical assistant
• Experience with scheduling and EHR (Epic a plus)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Discretion with confidential information

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Work is on-site in a clinic/office setting. Must be able to use computers, phones, and office equipment.
