Residential Security Agent (Full Time, Night Shift)Concentric is a risk consultancy specializing in delivering strategic security and intelligence services for private clients and corporations worldwide. We are seeking an Armed Residential Security Agent to join our client's headquarters in San Francisco, CA, working full‑time on the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for client security needs and support threat management and emergency response.Monitor and manage camera systems, access control technology, and other security tools.Monitor critical facility functions as assigned by the client.Advise and take action regarding unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contacts.Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication with clients regarding service requests and deliverables.Provide a high standard of customer service to clients, guests, and staff.Ensure client deliverables are met across the full suite of security services.Proactively communicate with clients about risks to personnel, property, or privacy.Ensure completion of any client‑required plans, surveys, or reports.Assist with customer service issues to maintain a consistently high level of service.Communicate with co‑workers, management, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.Conform to and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.Required QualificationsValid driver's license.All required licenses and certifications for an armed position, including:Valid California BSIS Guard Card.Valid California BSIS Firearms Permit in good standing.Legal authorization to possess and carry a firearm under California and federal law.Maintenance of all required BSIS firearms qualifications and renewals.Successful track record operating within a high‑touch, customer‑service environment.Appropriate professional bearing and customer‑service skills.Ability to adapt well to fast‑paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Skill in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles.Emotional intelligence and a customer‑focused approach.Physical fitness to patrol a residence on foot and assist the client if injured or needing evacuation.Preferred QualificationsOperational experience with residential security teams, executive protection details, and/or high‑profile corporate security teams.Executive protection and/or tactical training (military or law enforcement).Advanced medical training.Compensation & BenefitsHSA medical plan covers 100% of the premium for employee‑only coverage; PPO requires an employee contribution, with a substantial portion of premiums covered for dependents.Employer HSA contribution.Medical FSA.Employer‑paid insurance: life, STD, LTD, and AD&D.11 paid holidays.Paid leave (vacation, sick, parental).Pet insurance.National discount employee program.Employee Assistance Program for personal needs.Credentity Protection – Eclipse Digital Protection by Concentric.Free access to the Risk Intelligence Dashboard and GEAR App for 24/7 trusted risk intelligence and remote support.Dedicated security and intelligence training programs for professional development.Coaching and mentoring opportunities.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementConcentric and SPS Global acknowledge the systemic barriers in the security industry and commit to programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
