Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our e-commerce operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This position involves overseeing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, processing returns, and conducting quality assurance checks for returned goods. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
• Oversee and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated.
• Efficiently process customer returns, inspecting returned goods and determining appropriate actions (restocking, refurbishment, or disposal).
• Conduct quality checks on returned goods to assess their condition and ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Strive for high levels of accuracy and productivity in order fulfillment and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
