Inventory Specialist will provide direct support in the device management system within the partner teams and the stakeholders. They will manage the equipment and devices used for testing and procurement from hardware depots, and be responsible for overseeing the life cycle of a device: procurement, requests, ticket management, and delivery/shipment.Your Key Result AreasOversee inventory proceduresPlan and implement inventory movement optimization (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)Manage 1-2 continental functions (e.g. scheduling, ticket management, auditing, etc)Manage shipment requests for domestic and international orders and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders through deliveryDrive certain OKR's and suggest key metrics for tracking and executingSuggest changes to workflows and give data‑driven rationale for changesPlan, document, and communicate timely status updates on requests and raise dependencies and risksAdhere to deadlines, understand work productivity and efficiency without compromising on the quality of the outputAssist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management, monthly audits, and distributionMinimum Requirements2 years experience in logistics industry, inventory or warehouse managementHigh school graduate or equivalentClean driving record and a valid Driver's LicenseExperience using Android, iOS, or in‑development toolsFamiliarity with mobile & web technologies (Google Workspace)Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programsTechnological savvinessExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the businessComfortable with a rapidly‑changing environmentStrong problem‑solving skills and excellent attention to detailAble to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solvingWhat you can expectAn organization driven by technology – We have a tremendous technology backboneOpen, ‘can do' team spiritAn environment where you can make your own ideas realityDrive your own careerMarket conform benefitsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
