Role Summary Work on the full life cycle of sophisticated real estate transactions: mortgage and mezzanine debt, JV equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development across asset classes. Expect lender and borrower-side work, portfolio and single-asset deals, and cross-office collaboration with finance, tax, and fund teams. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $260,000 to $435,000, plus discretionary performance bonus.
