What You Will Do

  • Take on meaningful responsibility in all phases of civil litigation and transactional
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal analysis
  • Conduct depositions, court appearances, and hearings (with mentorship as needed)
  • Work closely with partners who value transparency, open communication, and collaboration
  • Contribute to a positive, professional culture focused on quality work and balance

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 to 10+ years of litigation experience (flexible for the right fit)
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
  • Desire to work in a supportive, non-bureaucratic environment
  • Interest in trial work, career growth, or eventually pursuing partner track
