Need to Know

  • Location: Fremont, CA

  • Pay: $32-37/hr (+15% shift differential on PM shift)

    • PLUS $3000 sign-on bonus!

  • Schedule: 12hr shifts, (6 to 6)

    3 days on, 4 days on alternating

    • Sunday-Tuesday

    • Thursday-Saturday

      • working every other Wednesday

  • HS Diploma/GED required

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG, MIG, and/or spot welding on a variety of metal components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

  • Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

  • Collaborate with team members and production staff to meet deadlines


Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of welding experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

  • Proficiency in TIG welding (thin gauge metal experience is a plus)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed

  • Perform repetitive tasks in a production setting
