Your Challenge

We currently have 5 stores in the region. To support our growth, we are recruiting a cashier (H/F) in ARCUEIL (94110).

Working closely with the entire store team, you will commit every day to providing quality service and embodying our values. As the first point of contact with our customers, your role is essential.

In this sense, your main duties will be:

• Ensure telephone and physical reception of the customer with enthusiasm and kindness
• Inform, advise and satisfy the customer
• Manage returns and various requests (disputes, discounts, e-reservation, other)
• Ensure the efficiency and fluidity of checkouts
• Cashier the customer according to the current cash procedures
• Propose and promote our services (easy payment, gift cards, loyalty card)
• Compile financing request files
• Thank the customer and convey a good image of the company

Your Talents

Passionate about sports and fashion, the reception and satisfaction of our customers is your priority. Your ability to relate, your smile, your sense of service and your diplomacy make you the preferred interlocutor for our customers!

You will not hesitate to communicate and share your energy and enthusiasm with the rest of the team.

If you practice one or more sports related to our sports universes, you will also encourage the taste for sport among the French.

Ideally, you have a level Bac commerce/service training and you have similar experience, ideally gained within a retail chain where the customer is a priority.
