We are seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Technology Change & Enablement to support the execution, adoption, and standardization of tax technology and process improvement initiatives across the Tax Business Unit within our local offices. This role is execution-focused and will serve as a key liaison between tax teams, tax quality and risk management, tax operations, and automation stakeholders. This role will serve as the key lead on change management, training, and field deployment within the tax business unit with responsibility for supervising workstreams, guiding adoption, and supporting firmwide tax priorities.
This role involves significant travel and offers a unique opportunity for growth within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial firm that thinks differently and is investing in cutting-edge technology and automation for the future. The role works closely with local offices and leadership to deploy training methodologies and best practices across the firm.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $164,900-$224,700. For Southern California, Washington, Illinois and New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $157,800-$215,000. For Colorado residents, the compensation for this position: $143,500-$195,400. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
