What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like Express.js and Next.js.
• 5+ years working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred).
• Dedication to writing clean, maintainable code and crafting scalable architectures.
• A passion for delivering high-impact, customer-centric software.
• Startup experience or a background working within small, agile engineering teams (<20 engineers).
• Enthusiasm for AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), and a drive to bring AI advancements to life in fintech.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build robust software solutions incorporating AI technology, specifically focusing on LLMs.
• Collaborate closely with founding team members to set the engineering direction and product roadmap.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure needed to support applications, including database architecture, servers, and APIs.
• Uphold the security, privacy, and compliance standards for all software and data.
• Stay informed on AI and machine learning developments to continually refine and improve product offerings.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and developers as the team expands.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create a seamless user experience and drive customer engagement.
