RESPONSIBILITIES:* Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies.* Keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary* Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel.DUTIES:* Keep all dishes, small wares, and utensils cleaned.* Organizeand maintain proper inventory of small wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies and equipment, reordering when necessary.* Clean and properly maintain working areas and equipment in kitchen.* Organize and properly store perishables for cooks and receiving and issuing clerks.* Follow all rules and regulations.* Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS:* Must be at least 18 years of age.* Must ability to take direction and effectively perform the required work.* Must have a pleasant personality and neat and clean appearance.* Must have a good command of verbal and written English.* Must be a member in good standing of the local Union.* Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift.* Must be able to lift and carry, according to industry standards.To apply send resume with cover letter to:The Moscone Center, SMG F&B Guisela Luster747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.
