Inside Account Executive

Location: San Francisco (In-office, 5 days/week) Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 + Equity Requirements: 2+ years in sales, hospitality or SMB experience a plus

We are an AI-powered software levelingthe playing field for independent restaurants and venues - giving them the tools big chains have had for years. The Role

Inbound leads are coming in. Your job is to convert them. Own the full cycle - qualify, demo, close - and help shape the playbook as we scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the inbound funnel end-to-end: qualify, demo, close
  • Run sharp, tailored demos for hospitality operators
  • Follow up fast, iterate constantly, maximize conversion
  • Feed insights back to marketing and leadership
  • Keep HubSpot clean and your pipeline tighter

You:

  • Have 2+ years in sales (AE, SDR/BDR) - SMB or hospitality a big plus
  • Close deals and have the numbers to prove it
  • Use AI tools to work smarter, not just harder
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment
