This role is almost entirely customer focused. You will own customer relationships directly, ensuring every account gets a white-glove experience. Beyond managing relationships, you will help build how Vooma deploys and supports customers at scale: writing playbooks, building automations, and driving strategic projects that make our customers more successful. The best candidates do whatever it takes to drive customer success, are highly gritty, ambitious and are excited about operating at the forefront of AI.
This role is based in person in San Francisco, CA, with approximately 10-20% travel.
