Position: Inventory Control Specialist III Location: Santa Clara, CA Job Type: Contract (W2) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist III to manage inventory, asset tracking, stock replenishment, and inventory records. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data, supporting property administration activities, and ensuring inventory availability to support operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory audits
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Receive, stock, and track inventory using inventory management systems
Standardize and maintain inventory storage locations
Track inventory KPIs and support process improvements
Perform asset tagging, tracking, documentation, and record management
Support health and safety activities, including handling inventory materials
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Complete data entry, reporting, and inventory documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete a required physical
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
