Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Location: Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC

Experience: 1 to 4 years Salary: $215,000 - $295,000

Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters related to intellectual property, including trade secrets and other soft IP areas.
• Conduct research and analysis to support legal strategies.
• Draft persuasive legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.
• Assume immediate responsibility for assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar, active and in good standing.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in research and analysis.
• Excellent persuasive writing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred but not required.
