Salary: $139K - $177K
Equity: No equity until partnership. HSE operates a single-tier equity partnership — there is no permanent non-equity counsel tier. Partnership track is approximately 9–11 years, and upon being voted in, attorneys become full equity partners from day one. No origination credit under the lockstep model.
