Warehouse - Complaint Investigations Tech

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device and biotech industry, is seeking a Warehouse - Complaint Investigations Tech to join their team. As a Warehouse - Complaint Investigations Tech, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Complaint Investigations team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alameda, CA

Pay Range: $28/hr. - $31/hr

Duration: 5+ Month Contract

Shift: 5AM - 1:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Unpack boxes safely and sort returned products according to product lines.
  • Investigate returned products to resolve customer complaints regarding blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors.
  • Document complaint investigations accurately in the Complaint Handling System.
  • Use troubleshooting equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, and microscopes to complete investigations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on quality records and ensure testing equipment is within validity.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts; forklift certification training will be provided.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree or recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to follow written SOPs accurately.
