Litigation Associate Attorney

AV Rated, dynamic, mid-sized, trial litigation and insurance defense firm seeks a self-motivated attorney. Civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience a plus. Good research, deposition, and writing skills. Exceptional writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory characteristics of a qualified candidate for this position. Successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of assigned cases including, but not limited to, communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts; drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; and preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, settlement conferences, mediation/arbitration and trial preparation.
