Programmatic Business Development Manager

The Programmatic Business Development Manager is responsible for generating and engaging with business partners to create new business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate is focused, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates critical thinking in both planning and execution. Success in this role requires a proven track record in executing specific business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Explore the needs of DSPs, SSPs, ADXs, advertising agencies, platforms, and affiliates in the global market.
• Develop leads and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and business growth.
• Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and platforms, working closely with internal teams to align product features and functions with overall business objectives.
• Ensure effective information flow within the organization to achieve business goals.
• Participate in optimization processes, data verification, and payment tracking to support the implementation of the overall sales plan.
• Provide valuable client feedback and insights to internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical departments.
• Represent TopOn at industry events, seminars, and meetings to enhance brand awareness and foster industry connections.
• Collect and share the latest industry insights to keep the company informed of market trends.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in programmatic campaigns, with a strong record of high KPI performance considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, with required business development experience in overseas markets; proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
• Excellent communication, management, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-organized and independently driven to meet or exceed business goals.
