IPS is seeking a motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented IT Manager to join our client's team. The candidate will be an integral part of the global team responsible for maintaining the global network, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and delivering support across 6 global offices. The individual must be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting. In addition to being part of the global IT team, this role will be responsible for providing on-site end-user support to all users based in the firm's San Francisco and Menlo Park offices.
A highly skilled, customer-service-oriented individual with experience providing top-tier end-user support to high-touch individuals in a fast-paced environment would be the ideal candidate. The firm's IT infrastructure is constantly evolving, and a successful candidate must be able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Superior problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technical skills are a requirement.
This position will be based in San Francisco and will be expected to work from the office 5 days per week, with occasional flexibility to work remotely. Occasional local travel to the firm's Menlo Park office (3-4 days/month) will be required.
