About The Role

As our first ops person, you'll help us define our go-to-market and our product strategy.

You will source early customers, meet them where they are, and work out of their offices. You will channel the voice of our customer as the team writes our product roadmap.

You will build and manage our data vendor relationships.

You will build a deep understanding of the industries that our customers care about, namely you will own our AI and semis data initiatives.

You'll enjoy working with us if you care about craft, want to learn from high-performing, intellectually curious customers, and are excited by the idea of defining the shape of a new category of software.

What You'll Do

• Sell and support early customers, remotely and in-person
• Creatively market our product's capabilities and own our PLG motion.
• Translate customer requests to engineering
• Build and manage our data vendor relationships
• Own our AI and semis data initiatives

You May Be A Fit If

• Background in asset management - You are a current or former hedge fund analyst, PE associate, or another relevant role
• You embrace ambiguity and are seeking opportunities to exercise agency.
• You believe in the transformative impact of AI and think deeply about the future of the investing world.
• You are AI native. You tinker with Claude Code for work and for fun and like to build your own tools.
• Comfort with financial modeling
• Data engineering or data science background a plus
• Proficiency in Python, React, and SQL a plus
