Join a company where people, performance, and partnerships come together to drive success.Status: Full- Time, Variable hourPay Rate: $20- $23/hr, based on experiencePosition Responsibilities:As a Merchandising Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our in-store partnerships and workforce, driving success at the store level and contributing to our longstanding legacy of achievement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:* Travel independently to service stores within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.* Lead, train, and mentor a team of part-time Merchandising Associates.* Execute in-store merchandising tasks including planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage.* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.* Serve as the go-to liaison for store management, project managers, and field leadership.* Proactively resolve issues, coach team members, and maintain a high level of performance across your territory.* Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
