Cupcakin' Bake Shop is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Quality Control Manager, Front of House (FOH) to oversee operational excellence across our five California bakery locations. This role is responsible for ensuring each store consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience through outstanding cleanliness, merchandising, organization, product presentation, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can identify and solve issues before they impact customers or team members. This position serves as the eyes and ears of the company across multiple locations and plays a key role in supporting store marketing initiatives, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational consistency.
Compensation: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week, MondayThursday, plus two Saturdays per month. Weekly travel between all California store locations is required.
Reports To: Director of Operations / Ownership Team (as assigned)
