Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities: Produce required cold prep items in kitchen to forecasted business and for day's events; Review production sheets, BEOs, and par sheets to prep for events; Produce cold food presentations for buffets, banquets, and a la carte; Finish desserts for a la carte, buffets, and banquets; Assist on pantry, hot line, and omelet station as needed
