Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and supervise the preparation of dishes for hotel guests and functions; Maintain sanitation and safety standards in line with Health Department and hotel requirements; Complete opening duties and finalize prep for the day; Inform service staff of 86'd items and available specials throughout service; Close out and properly store all food items and clean work areas
