Oakmont Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence); Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality; Communicate observed or suspected changes in resident condition to a supervisor; Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests; Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments
