Lead / Shift Leader - Car Wash Position: Lead / Shift Leader Location: Millbrae, CA

Type: Full-Time

Seeking a reliable and energetic Lead to support daily car wash operations, guide team members, and ensure fast, friendly customer service.

Ideal forsomeone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and leading by example.

Responsibilities Lead and support team during shifts Train new employees and uphold safety standards Assist with opening/closing duties Maintain site cleanliness and equipment functionality.

Handle customer concerns and ensure smooth service Follow accurate cash-handling procedures

Qualifications

Leadership or shift-lead experience preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Able to work outdoors and in fast-paced environments.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
