Looking to learn more about insurance policies and financial services? The Broker Group - MB Financial will provide you the tools to become a life and health insurance agent, no experience required, remotely based, and start helping individuals with their financial needs.
Duties
Engage with prospective clients by helping them with co-created financial needs analysis (FNA)
Ability to obtain life and health insurance license within the first 3 months of hire
Collaborate with insurance brokers and agents to provide the best FNA opportunity for clients and their family needs
Skills
Ability to communicate financial terms and policies with clients
No financial experience required; entry level
GED education level and at least 18+ years old
Collaborate with clients through remote technology
Bilingual is a plus

Pass a background check (No Felonies)
Register your life and health insurance with state Superintendent of Insurance (OSI)
