Route Technician

I provide the trucks, gas card, and equipment. Your job is to perform the work after you are trained.

You train for 30 days next to a Sr tech or Manager.

If you are customer focused, and committed to excellence then this opportunity is for you. In this role, you will service commercial and residential properties to control rodent infestations. In addition, you'll solicit new business, while applying technical knowledge of chemicals and adhering to required safety regulations while growing your customer base.

Qualifications:

~ Possesses an applicators or field rep license

~ Has a proven track record working with people to solve customer problems

~ Seeks knowledge to grow in your industry

~ Posses strong communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills

~ Excellent follow through skills essential for closing pending items

~ Posses organizational skills to manage the flow of work and paper work required

~ Relevant customer service experience solving problems

~ An active listener and strong verbal communicator

~ Ability to adapt and interact with a diverse client base

Description:

The pest control technician is responsible for servicing our clients property in compliance with company standards and procedures. The candidate should be able to provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information regarding chemicals and their application. Other responsibilities include calling the office daily, advising management of potential problems, assisting on routes as required, and maintaining and executing proper service records, etc.
